We hereby present the Course on Extracorporeal blood purification in critically ill patient we are organising with the Critical Care Department of the Álava University Hospital and Clinical Research/Innovation in Pneumonia & Sepsis (CRIPS) from Vall d’Hebron Hospital in Barcelona.
This three days course id directed to doctors and nurses related with Extracorporeal blood purification therapies in the field of critical care medicine.
The main objectives are to improve the knowledge on Extracorporeal blood purification therapies. To review the state of the art of the different therapies in order to apply all of them in the best clinical scenario,
developing the concept of dynamic and customized blood purification therapy. To work “hands on” with animal models based on real clinical conditions: hemodynamic monitoring, mechanical
ventilation, laboratories, etc.
