Who can attend?
Anaesthesiologists (consultants and trainees with >12 months experience within anaesthesia)
Nurse anaesthetists, anaesthetic nurses, ODAs.

Course format

1 course day consisting of:
– preparation before course (reading and pre-test)
– introduction (1h)
– 4 full scale simulations
– Informal post-test (competition with prize)

Course covers ST training goals A1,C5, C9 for Swedish ST participants. Please not that the course is advanced and multidisciplinary – it is not an introductory ST course.

Number of course places
2 places can only be reserved by anaesthesiologists 
2 places can only be reserved by nurse anaesthetists, anaesthetic nurses and ODAs.
5 places can be reserved by anaesthesiologists or nurse anaesthetists, anaesthetic nurses or ODAs.

Lunch and refreshments

Morning and afternoon coffee will be provided, lunch is available for purchase at the simulation centre.

Course fee: Anesthesiologist ISK 21.000; Nurse anesthetists/ODAs ISK 16.000

All participants must first register for the SSAI Congress and choose TAASK Express as an optional extra – payment is via the congress – then register on this site to confirm their place (since we require information such as your grade, contact details, where you work, if you have any food allergies etc.)
