Delta i CUPIDO-studien om behandling av ARDS

The CUrrent Practices of Intensive care for the management of acute respiratory Distress syndrome in EurOpe (CUPIDO) Study is a collaborative project between the University of Hamburg (Department of Intensive Care Medicine, UKE Hamburg-Eppendorf), the University of Trento (Center for Medical Sciences, Santa Chiara Hospital), the University of Genova, and the University of Amsterdam (Department of Intensive Care Medicine, Amsterdam UMC) as part of the PROtective VEntilation (PROVE) Network.

This survey aims to capture real-world clinical practices in ARDS management, with a focus on ventilation strategies, prone positioning, and extracorporeal therapies. While clinical guidelines exist, there is limited evidence on how these are applied in daily practice. By gathering direct insights from intensive care physicians, this study seeks to bridge that gap.

The survey is intended for intensive care physicians, takes approximately 20 minutes, and is fully anonymous.
